Hello, people! I’m glad to find you browsing through Betenemy’s website. My name is Elica Martinova, and I was born in 1987 in the city of Varna. My star sign is Libra. I am among the people who are responsible for the content of this site. If you are interested, you can read more about me in the following lines.
My Educational Background
I finished Foreign Languages High School with a German Diploma. In 2006, I moved to Sofia to further my studies by majoring in Cultural Studies. Perhaps most of you hear of this major for the very first time and consider it elitist and impractical, but it fitted me perfectly. My postgraduate studies focused on European Projects at first, but I moved on to Journalism at a later stage.
It is my conviction that learning is a lifelong process that never ends. Hence, I take every chance I get to learn new things and am always open to new challenges.
I have a lot to share about my work experience because I started taking on part-time jobs at the time I attended high school, my first being an animator at children’s parties. Over the years, I have been involved in different lines of work. I’ve been a translator, an assistant, an author, a nurse, and many more. p>
The time that has had the most significant impact on my professional development was undoubtedly the years I spent as a journalist at one of the leading news sites for politics. I spent several years in Parliament witnessing an unusually high number of governments change before my very eyes. There were protests and plotting, which pumped up my adrenaline. p>
Although I liked my colleagues and enjoyed working side by side with them, I decided to put Journalism behind me as I realized the prospects of development in the field were few and far between. The following years I took on projects as a freelance writer. Most of you might know that being a freelancer doesn’t guarantee a steady income. You need to earn your keep by staying highly motivated at all times. My work then involved focusing my effort on a significant project to optimize some Google features. I was also an external author for two advertising agencies and a law firm. p>
It was at that time that I took on projects for Betenemy on a part-time basis. Since 2017, I have been an external author for the site, and at the beginning of 2019 I finally became part of the team.
Me, Sports, and Betting
I have always loved practicing and watching sports. I even used to practice basketball when a child. At the moment, I make the most of my free time by going jogging, playing badminton or going for long walks. I’m fond of watching football, snooker, and volleyball.
Before I started writing for Betenemy, I was not particularly knowledgeable about bets, but I learned a lot during my work as I wanted to do my job in the best possible way. Of course, even though my colleagues taught me the ropes and despite my constant research into the world of online betting, there are still some intricacies that I do not know. Fortunately, Betenemy’s team of professionals is more like one big happy family always ready to lend a helping hand and share their expertise with me.
Betenemy and I
Believe it or not, most good things in life are the result of pure luck. Not surprisingly, I joined Betenemy by accident as well. Lately, I have been involved in a large number of projects and have met with people from different walks of life. Freelance work teaches you that self-discipline and the ability to prioritize come first. In addition to giving you freedom, being a freelancer also requires you to take other people’s visions into account when completing a project. I’m glad to be part of Betenemy’s team. If you’ve reviewed the information on our site, you must have noticed that the people behind Betenemy may be young, but we have passed through life encountering a lot of different challenges. Everyone had their story which allows our team to work like a well-oiled machine.
